Biblical counselling can be described as godly men and women bringing situation-specific application of Biblical truth to one another.
Tools of Biblical Counselling
Biblical counselling is not just for some hyper-specialised kind of pastor, elder, or teacher. Instead, any Christian with a good knowledge of Scripture and a personal commitment to the goodness of godly living is able to bring situation-specific application of Biblical truth to another.
I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another.

Rationale of Biblical Counselling
Christians can have greater confidence in Biblical Counselling than the best of worldly counsellors. The reason for it is because we have been enlightened about God’s grace and God’s knowledge. Every Christian is evidence that God very effectively changes the way we think and act. And on top of all of this, Jesus makes sure that we will never lack anything to remain guiltless until He returns. Ultimately, our rationale for Biblical Counselling rests firmly on the faithfulness of God to complete the work He began when He called us to Himself.
