By Christianity is a mixture of the simple and the profound. The simple Gospel truth is “Believe in Jesus and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31), but the profound depths of Jesus being our propitiation is also true of the Gospel (1 John 2:2). The same is true for obedience. The
