Umkhuba ojwayelekile emabhizinisini ukuthi ngezikhathi ezithile kuthathwe ikhefu emisebenzini evamile ngenhloso yokubheka emuva bese uyabuyekeza, ukucabanga ngemibono emisha (brainstorming), ukucabanga ngendlela ongamisa ngayo izinhlelo zekusasa, nokubeka imgomo yalapho ufisa ukufinyelela khona (vision). Kuvamise ukusetshenziswa uhlelo lwe-SWOT ekuhlaziyeni nasekuhloleni ibhizinisi. U-S umele Amandla (Strengths); u-W umele Ubuthakathaka (Weaknesses); u-O umele Amathuba (Opportunities); kanti u-T umele Izinsongo (Threats). U-S no-W kubekwa ngandawonye, kanjalo no-O no-T kubhekwa ngandawonye; lezi zindawo ezine zizonke zinikeza umbono obanzi ngebhizinisi futhi zivuselele imibono yokuthi kumele kuqhubekwe kanjani ukuya phambili.
Ukusebenzisa umkhuba wohlobo olakanje ngangemiphefumulo yethu kubaluleke kakhulu kunakho konke. Kuhle ukuthi umuntu azihlole, abheke ukuthi kwenzekani emphefumulweni wakhe, futhi ahlole impilo yakhe yobuKhristu kanye nomsebenzi wokukhonza abazalwane owabelwe wona. Imithandazo yokuzihlola igcwele encwadini yamaHubo—nazi izibonelo: IHubo 42:5 “Kungani udangele, mphefumulo wami?”, IHubo 139:23-24 “Ngihlola, Nkulunkulu …”. Ukuzihlola, mathupha nangokwesonto phakathi kwabanye, kungenye yezinto ezivamile ezihambisana nomyalo weSidlo seNkosi (1 Khorinte 11:28-31). Mhlawumbe singaboleka lezi zigaba ze-SWOT sizihumushe kabusha ukuze sizisebenzise ekuhloleni imiphefumulo yethu nasekulungiseni kabusha indlela yethu yokomoya.

Esikhundleni sika-“Weaknesses”, zihlolisise maqondana neZono—izono ezenziwa obala, izono eziyimfihlo, izono ezenziwa ngenhloso, nezono ezenziwa kungahlosiwe. Ngempela izono ziwubuthakathaka obukhulu ezimpilweni zethu, futhi kudingeka sizibone ukuthi ziyini ukuze siphenduke kuzo futhi zingabe zisabusa ezimpilweni zethu. (IHubo 19:13)-Sins
Esikhundleni sika-“Opportunities”, qaphela Imisebenzi yokukhonza abazalwane uNkulunkulu awubeke phambi kwakho. INkosi isinike sonke ukuphathiswa komusa wayo. Ngakho-ke qaphela izikhathi nezindawo uNkulunkulu akunika zona ukuze ubonakalise lowo musa komunye. Gcwalisa imiyalo “omunye komunye” (one-anothers), yiba nomzwela wenjabulo nobuhlungu walokho okubhekene nomakhelwane wakho, qaphele isidingo esikhulu sokomoya sabantu abasemhlabeni; futhi kuzo zonke lezi zinto, zibone njengomuntu onomthwalo nesipho somusa kaNkulunkulu sokuhlangabezana nezidingo ozibonayo. Esikhundleni sika-“Threats”, qaphela Izilingo. Ngaphezu kwezimo eziyinhlekelele, izilingo zokungena ekoneni uNkulunkulu nakwabanye ziyizinsongo ezinkulu ngempela ebungcweleni bakho nasemisebenzini yakho yokukhonza abanye. Bona ukuthi amandla akho nobungcwele bakho akukwenzi ungabi nokulingeka; kodwa futhi qaphela ukuthi izilingo, noma ziqinisekile ukuthi ziyofika, zihlala zingaphakathi kwezinsiza zethu zokomoya ukuze sizinqobe futhi sizisebenzisele okuhle. I-GSMT ingase ingahlali kalula engqondweni yakho njengokuthi i-SWOT, kodwa mhlawumbe iyasiza kakhulu ekuhloleni impilo yakho njengomlandeli weNkosi uJesu. Ubungcwele bakho (Godliness) buyisizathu sokukhonza okukhulu nokwenza okuhle emhlabeni. Izono zakho (Sins) kudingeka zivunywe futhi kuphendukiwe kuzona. Imisebenzi yakho yokukhonza abazalwane (Ministries) ziyamathuba onikwe wona ukuze ube nempumelelo enkulu nokukhula ebungcweleni. Izilingo zakho (Temptations) kudingeka zibonwe kusenesikhathi ngaphambi kokuba zibe yizono zakho.
Thatha isikhathi sokuzihlola—kungaba imizuzu engamashumi amathathu noma kube isonto lonke. Hlukanisa iphepha libe yizingxenye ezine, bese ubhala phansi uBungcwele bakho okudingeka bukhule, izono zakho okudingeka ziyekwe, imisebenzi yokukhonza abazalwane okudingeka uiyfeze, kanye nezilingo zakho okudingeka ulwisane nazo. Sengathi ngalokho sonke singaguqulwa sifane noKhristu sisuka enkazimulweni siye kwenye inkazimulo (2 Khorinte 3:18).
